Make up Practical Week 5.

Equipment.

·      Full make up kit.

Eyes and lips.

·      Apply primer round the eyes. If it is grease based eye shadow then powder after. If it I a powder-based eye shadow, powder well first.

·      Always put the lighter colours on first highlight then shade.

·      Use rounded short brush.

·      Apply liner at the end, unless doing a smoky eye then apply first as you might want to blend, (you can always apply again.)

·      Don’t forget brows, use pencil or shadow and make sure its blended nicely. Same with eye shadow. Don’t want harsh lines.

·      Put powder under the eye, or use a tissue to catch loose pigments that fall if not confident working without.

·      Brush mascara down first, this will get rid of any eye shadow on the lashes. The brush up. *Don’t forget to curl lashes.*

·      Apply lip liner and lipstick. If lips are dry will need to apply a lip cream before apply any lipstick.
